Fuel monitoring and theft detection

Accurate fuel level per vehicle, refuel and drain events with location, and consumption per trip, hour or job.

Fuel is usually the largest controllable cost in a fleet and the easiest to lose. A precision level sensor in the tank, read by the IGEO125, shows every refuel and every unexplained drop with its time and location. Combined with PTO and engine-hour data, you can separate genuine working consumption from waste.

  • Drain alerts

Sudden drops raise an alert with location, so theft is caught the same day.

  • Refuel verification

Compare the litres pumped on receipts with the litres that actually entered the tank.

  • Consumption per job

Litres per 100 km, per engine hour and per PTO hour.

  • Genset and plant

Stationary generators and machinery get the same monitoring with a fixed IGEO125.

  • Idling cost

Long idling with the engine on is measured and reported per driver.

  • Multi-tank support

Saddle tanks and auxiliary tanks are monitored with additional sensors.

Common questions

How accurate is the fuel sensor?

The capacitive probe is calibrated to each tank during installation and remains stable across temperature and movement, giving reliable event detection and consumption figures.

Does it work on generators?

Yes. The IGEO125 and fuel sensor are commonly fitted to gensets and site plant to monitor fuel and running hours.

Can I see fuel on the CAN-bus instead?

On supported vehicles the IGEO125 reads fuel used and level from the CAN-bus; a level sensor adds tank-level accuracy and theft detection.

What reports are available?

Fuel level over time, refuel and drain events, consumption per trip and per period, and comparison across vehicles.
