Igeotech

Construction and heavy equipment

Engine hours, PTO and mixer-drum activity, fuel and site geofences for machinery, mixers, tippers and generators.

Site equipment is expensive, often shared between projects and hard to supervise. The IGEO125 records engine hours and location, PTO inputs show real working time on tippers and tankers, drum sensors show when a mixer is mixing, discharging or idle, and fuel sensors catch drains on machines that sit unattended overnight.

  • Engine hours and utilisation

Actual running hours per machine for billing, maintenance and idle-asset decisions.

  • Mixer drum states

Mixing, discharge and idle time per trip for concrete fleets.

  • PTO working time

Tipper, tanker and vacuum-truck work measured from PTO engagement.

  • Fuel theft on site

Level sensors on machines and gensets flag overnight drains.

  • Site geofences

Alerts when equipment leaves a project site or moves after hours.

  • Rental control

Utilisation and immobilisation for rented plant.

Common questions

Can it monitor a machine with no CAN-bus?

Yes. Engine hours come from ignition or an alternator input, and PTO, drum and fuel are wired inputs and sensors.

How is mixer drum rotation detected?

A rotation sensor on the drum reports direction and rotation to the IGEO125, which the platform converts into mixing, discharge and idle states.

Does it work on generators?

Yes. Gensets get running hours, fuel level and location from a fixed IGEO125.

Can I immobilise rented equipment?

Yes, with an immobiliser relay wired to the IGEO125 and controlled from the platform.
