Igeotech GPS ("we", "us") provides GPS tracking, video telematics and IoT fleet monitoring hardware and software in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our fleet platform, and how we handle it.

Website: if you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share (such as your name, company, contact number and enquiry). We may use basic analytics (for example Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. Platform: our fleet platform processes vehicle and asset data — location, speed, trips, sensor readings and, where fitted, camera video — on behalf of our customers, who are the owners of that data.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries and provide demonstrations and quotations; to deliver, support and improve our products and services; to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, analytics, messaging and mapping providers), and where required by law. Fleet data is accessible to the customer that owns it and to the users they authorise.

Data retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet our records obligations. Platform trip and event history is retained according to each customer's configuration and contract.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit and authenticated accounts — to protect data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
